Here is a piccy of my favourite of all our Axys... Little Ivan. Though he was one of the first in the tank of death, he is still one of the smallest, cutest and whitest Axys in the tank...

WOW! I didn't know you could get axy's that white! Don't they normally have pink gills and eyes if they're albino? Or is he something else...? |

Here is a piccy of the blue tongue that found its way into our place. It scared the crappola out of me. I was watching TV and it crawled up the side of the lounge and stuck its head over the arm of the chair, I went to get my camera and took photos of it. Then I went to email Buck the piccies and it disappeared, for all I know it could still be lurking around the house somewhere waiting... watching...

lol. I swear my brother contaminated the tank with something before we left....
I suppose it's as bad as the time my friend's Blue Tongue lizard has babies and she asked the nextdoor neighbour to look after them while they were on holidays. The stupid woman thought they looked a bit cold and sat them in an old fishtank in her backyard and went shopping all day. When she got home, they all had cooked. |

Hey there.
We used to have 2 Axolotyls. One called Axl, and the other one called Rose...haha. It was my brother's job to look after them. We went away one of the hottest summer's we've had for about 3 weeks and when we returned the water had boiled them
lol. It was sad, but kinda funny in a weird kind of way |

Thanks Peter! Though you really can't tell how small this little guy is from this photo. I will try and find one so you can compare the size. He is really tiny compared to our other axys!
