URBAN LEGENDS : The Stolen Grandmother

A family was traveling through Mexico on a vacation. They were all crammed into the family's station wagon; Father, Mother, two sons and a daughter, the new baby and Grandmother. After a while they noticed that Grandmother had been sleeping all day... but she wasn't really sleeping she was dead. When they figured out she had passed on, the family, wanting more elbow room, wrapped Granny in a blanket and strapped her to the roof rack of the car. They stopped for a quick meal at a roadside restaurant, and as they ate their tamales, thieves stole their car. They never saw their car, or their Grandmother again! The family had to wait seven years before they could prove the grandmother was dead, to collect her insurance!
