I have a question. I bought a pretty good size fresh water axolotl about a week ago. It's been fine tell recently. I went in to the room where they are and saw about four newbornes. They looked about maybe 1 cm long, they are as thin as paper. They are about 1 day old. There are about 6 live ones. I will take pictures and post them everywhere. I should know with in a month when they start to grow legs. The pet store told me these are very rare. They seem to be hard to breed from what I've heard. The mother axolotl is doing very well, although she has not eaten since I put food in the tank. I may or may not sell them at least two of them must go.
