A wealthy couple hired a new maid from Guatemala. After a couple of months working in their home the maid and the couple's five year old son where missing. The police feared that the maid had kidnapped the boy.
A few years later, word got to the couple that their son had been found, begging for money in the streets of Guatemala. The couple flew to Guatemala, and with the help of their informant, they located the boy.
Their son had been kidnapped by the organ transplant black market, and was missing an eye and one of his kidneys. The maid turned out to be a doctor in Guatemala.
