In 1960 a family moved into a farm house. It had alot of land and included a five bedroom house. Joseph Mann & his family bought the place and moved in. This was a family of four. Each child had their own room. Sixteen year old Donna loved her room. It was roomy. Yet some nights she felt frightend, yet did not know why.
Months passed and the family adjusted. All except Donna. Sometimes at night she would hear a whisper of a female child cry out "help me". Donna would turn on the lights and not see or hear anything. And would try to go back to sleep. She told her mother of the voice she was hearing. Her mother just told her she must have been dreaming.
One night Donna was drifting off to sleep when the voice yelled I am behind the wall. Please get me out. But this time Donna took action. She ran downstairs and got an ax and ran back to her room and started to tear the wall apart.
Her parents heard all the noise and came up to see what was going on. Donna was white and frozen from fear. In the wall she had found a body of a young female child.
The sheriff was called and confirmed this child had been missing for five years. The parents of this girl had moved away & in their grief put the house up for sale.
In the end the child was back with her parents for a place for final resting. No one knew how she got there till this day it is an unsolved mystery.
