My knew fascination.
Going from male to female and vice versa is pretty fuckin nifty surgery....from guy to gal is easy enough to imagine...but going from gal to guy, Im confused about the whole penis thing. Do they sew some dead dudes cock onto your gear? Or do they make one? Or is there some new craze for men out there called "Donate your penis"...?
The top of a guys dick is supposed to be all sensitive and shit, like a clit, isn't it? How do they get that sensitivity to the new sewn on dick?

I have a video of both of these operations... girl to boy and boy to girl... though every bloke that has every seen it has gone running from the room screaming and one girl threw up.. so I guess its not for people with weak stomachs or huge penis-ego's...

Some people have to deal with gender dysphoria in thier day to day lives. Many of my friends do.
Therese nothing nifty about it, its a horrible thing to have to live through.
To discuss it like its the newest craze at a circus sideshow is insensitive, wrong and more importantly shows a complete lack of respect for other people.
Shame on you

I think we have an example here of someone very unconfortable about the whole issue 
I find it medically fascinating that they can perform such acts of surgery. And I dont see anything wrong with being fascinated either. Its classed as the same type of surgery as Open Heart Surgery, and we all "ooo" and "ahhh" over the magnificance of that.
I think its great that science and medical technology today is able to make every man and women (or should that be every Hidden man and women ) completely satisfied and comfortable in life.
If a guy feels he was cheated at conception, and got boy bits instead of girl bits, he isnt going to be confortable thru-out his life, so I think its great that the procedure to make him confrotable (given him a womens gentailia) is available. It will only increase his confidence and willingness to lead a happy and fulfilled life (literally  )3
Im not trying to exploit this so-called "newest craze" and treat these people, who want to change their sex at all, like circus freaks.
I was merely stating that I find the procedure fascinating and would support anyone willing to go thru it, and just wanted more info on how it actually happens.
I do think I should have worded my statement a little differently, apologies tho, but all I was implying was that I find the surgery amazing.

Er, well, not to be INSENSITIVE, but is it naught enough to be comfortable in your own envelope, without having to be worried about your SEX? Geeeeez, like we don't have to worry about what bills to pay, people want to switch gender?????? Gimme a fuckin' brake......

Im looking at this from the person's point of view tho RoBat.
I try to imagine how it must feel for the man who knows deep down inside hes a woman and vice versa, but just doesn't have the gear to live that way, he must feel like hes/shes incomplete. Like missing an arm or something.
I personally like my envelope, especially since losing a few kilos and toning up a little and would naught wish to swap at all!
Especially when theres bills, rent etc t pay as well! Surgery aint cheap these days!
But everyone needs to feel whole and manly/womanly and I guess some people have the switch to fulfill that basic need.
Like why some girls go and blow 10 grand on breast implants - they do it for a self esteem thing - to feel more womanly. Tho personally I would never have a boob job, not that I need one, but fake boobs just dont do it for me! After learning to appreciate my body, why bother!
But I didnt start this to debate my own personal views, I was just curious about the procedures of having the switches done.
Obviously no ones experienced it and would like to share...
(I also wish a certain person reading this would stop their correspondence with me)

For some reason, I knew this subject was going to end up with someone saying, "I have videos....." Man, there's a few things I don't want to know about in this world of ours, and that's definately one of them. I've seen every discusting picture of death imaginable, working where I work I mean, but give me a picture of a dead bloated person over those videos ANYTIME! Damn Shy, and here I'm new and thought this was a safe place for people who have odd interests!
