Hi let me intoduce myself my name is Jonathan Spence the half brother of Paul Kingsley who was murdered in Bradford 1978.
Paul was raped and stangled by the killer Anthony Sinclair.
Sinclair was found guilty of manslaughter and not murder and served only 3.5 years of a 7 year sentence is this justice we ask.
After Sinclair was released he was able to change his name and disappear, were is he now we ask ourselves.
Sinclair was found guilty based on forensic evidence through fibres found on Pauls clothing and those found on Sinclair trousers anda towel at Sinclairs home.
Paul's case was shown in a BBC series called Indelible Evidence, showing how the Forensic teams and the police managed to capture Sinclair. I will say having lived within a family in which a child was taken from us in this tragic way, how the whole family became a victim of which these memories will never go.
Thank to all the Forensic scientists out there but no thanks to the judicial system of the UK they still have so much to do in helping victims to be given peace of mind.
