Ok i had 2 baby axolotols in a 2ft by 1.3ft but 1.2 ft tank.
They died becasue someone thought it would be a great idea to put an OSCAR and huge CATFISH (ok well like 5cm long ones) in the tank.
My babys got eated 
Im wanting more, and that someone will be making NO additions to the colony.....
Im after 4, which im going to get as babys, probably between 5cm and 10cm long. But the ittle takers grow fast, so what size tank will i need eventually?

i found when i only had 4 axy's a 4ft tank was perfect for them as i could put plenty of plants in there for them aswell
