Recently I had an email from someone that I regard as a well respected member of an important association questioning my intentions about the content on my forums/site.
Up until this point, I always assumed that everyone out there would be interested in the material that Shy's Cyber Chamber contains for the same reasons that I am, for education and information about such things.
On being questioned about my intent it made me realise that I should never assume anything especially when there are no explanations offered to who I am or what my thoughts on anything are. For this I apologise to all the visitors to my site.
I apologise for anything that has been miscontrued over the years through my assumption and I would like to offer my condolences to all the victims of crime that may have misinterpreted my motives for such a site.
I appreciate that sometimes information can appear in a cold, unfeeling way and I want to express to all the visitors that I do not condone or understand the crimes that we commit against each other nor do I want to seem cold and unfeeling towards people who have lost a loved one through a violent and unnecessary crime, not knowing or even capable of understanding the pain and anguish that they are put through I can not offer empathy, but I would like to express my extreme sorrow for the loss of their loved ones.
I hope through this addition to the Crypt that my visitors are clear on where I stand with providing this information.

It 'tis most unfortunate, so many wonder what SUV is "hot" this season, what underwear Michael Jackson left cum stains upon, the new quick weight loss diet or which gossip column celebrity just beat up his/her wife,,,,the latest deal from Wal-Mart on cheap Chinese import SHIT, or, how to use tv to EFFECTIVELY babysit your kids....the latest plastic overpriced shoes and my absolute FAVOURITE, and yours, uh, shit, I forgot my favourite........Iceheart and Shy have a new amazing posting!!!
Gotta go now........I have a learning desire......

I would've thought the context in which the content of this site is displayed would've made the intention of the site more than obvious. -
Tis orb-viously used as a place to gather and swap information/stories/opinions and the like on various topics viewed by the general sciety as taboo or hush-hush-lets-not-talk-about-that.
Heaven bent to take my hand, and lead me through the fire.

Wow,.....121 readings, and no comments. I think I will go back to my 1860's bible now. It has more commentary than the present sheeps!!

When I first came upon your site I quickly understood it to be a most educational and informative source of information. It never ceases to amaze me how people misinterpret things; artworks, writings, many things which are quite clear and easy to understand.
Perhaps you should post a "misconceptions" forum, but, where to begin?
I tire of those whom place non-exsistant connotaions where they don't belong.......blessings be upon this site!!
