I think you would be surprised Bernie. The axolotls each have their own personality and you can get very attached. True you can't walk them like a dog or pet them like a cat. But their poo is a lot smaller and they don't shed hair

i was told it was bad to put goldfish in with axolotls? i was told that the goldfish eat the feathery things from their necks. obviously this little fishy didnt get to eat much though
