can i leave the temp in my tank at 20? or is this to hot my heater only goes down to 20

How can you keep your water cold? My temperatures are always in the twenties because of the outside heat, I tried putting a bottle of frozen water floating in the tank but it didn't do much at all. |

 Hmmmmmm .... Axys are COLD water fish
you dont need a heater at all the warmer the water the more they stress 
heaters are for tropical fish 
my tanks sit around 10 - 13 and they breed like rabbits in there "they breed when Happy" 
just remove the heater .......
Not having a go ... Just trying to help

it should be fine my axy's were living comfortably in water that ranged from 20 to 22........so you should be fine
